Terry Towel Rapier Loom
Electrical system used the digital form to control the fuzzing height in order to set the height for each weft which may achieve the standardization and digitalization of fuzzing height control.
Wave weft, sawtooth weft, high-low weft, stereoscopic weft and 3~7 nap weft can be changed unlimited.
Human Based system control and easy to operate. Especially, the distance between first and second weft can be designed.
1. Adopts electric CNC servo reeling, weft density for each can be configured, weft density changed weaving are also supported.
2. Adopts electric CNC servo let off, sensitive and steady swelling force, as various let off control modes.
3. Powerful electrical control system can resolve each kinds of deficiencies arising from old type mechanical buzzing by digital program control successfully. It has superior performance.
4. It can solve the problem of inching and high-low weft. It shall not be afraid of speed inching.
